Keio International Project for Internet & Society, Keio University, Tokyo

The Keio International Project for the Internet & Society (KIPIS) was founded to communicate developments on the Internet policy in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region to the world. KIPIS is committed to strengthening the partnership between the business community and academia, believing that this cooperation is fundamental to the growth and success of the Internet Economy. Co-directed by Professors Jun Murai (Dean, Faculty of Environment & Information Studies), and Jim Foster (Professor, Graduate School of Media & Governance) at Keio University, KIPIS is a respected voice by both government and business in Asia policy matters.

The Keio International Project for Internet & Society at Keio University is member of the Steering Committee.
